Nikky Hindle, RD 

Nikky Hindle’s diverse career as an athlete, nutrition counselor, and personal trainer is the result of a lifelong passion for fitness and nutrition. A native of State College, Pennsylvania, Nikky is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a minor in Kinesiology. She subsequently completed her dietetic internship through Cedar Crest College, where her work experience included rotations at Penn State Sports Nutrition, UPMC Altoona, and Penn State Cooperative Extension. As an athlete, Nikky has competed in multiple road races, spartan races, and bodybuilding competitions.

Nikky has worked in private practice as a dietitian since 2017 and has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of amateur, competitive, and elite level athletes in a variety of sports. Additionally, Nikky served as the university-wide dietitian in 2022 for Johns Hopkins University, which included working with athletes and coaches from all 24 varsity sports teams, as well as a Sports Dietitian for all 22 Division I Sports teams at Geroge Mason University from 2023-2025.

Nikky founded NOVA Sports Nutrition with the goals of providing holistic, client-centered care and helping all clients to achieve a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. She is grateful that the business continues with these same guiding values in mind.

New Adventures

Nikky entered medical school at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson in 2022 and will complete her MD in 2026 and pursue a residency program in pediatrics. She looks forward to opportunities to continue providing holistic care for her patients and their parents as well as opportunities to work with youth and college athletes.
