The ebook can be a good starting point to learn more about the world of sports nutrition or a great additional resource for current NOVA clients. A variety of recipes and snacks are included in this ebook, including some plant-based and gluten-free options.
You will note that there are two options for this ebook: nutrition information included and without nutrition information. This option is provided so that clients who do not wish to see information such as calories or grams of macronutrients do not have to see that information for the recipes. For clients that are interested in seeing this information, it will be available at the end of the ebook.
